Section Ch 401.03 - Healthcare Integrity and Protection Data Bank (HIPD)

"Healthcare Integrity and Protection Data Bank (HIPD)" means a data bank created by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services containing information about fraud and abuse by health care practitioners and entities.
