Section Ch 303.03 - Disqualification Based on Character(a) An applicant shall be disqualified for initial licensure if: (1) The applicant, or someone acting on the applicant's behalf, has knowingly submitted false information to the board in connection with the application;(2) The applicant cannot be relied upon to practice competently and safely because of physical or mental disability or other condition or disability, or because of use of alcohol or controlled or non-controlled drugs;(3) Evidence of disciplinary action taken against the applicant by a licensing body or a professional society or association indicates that the applicant cannot be relied upon to practice competently, safely, and honestly; or(4) Conviction of a felony or misdemeanor indicates that the applicant cannot be relied upon to practice competently, safely, and honestly.(b) The board shall make any investigations required to determine whether there are reasons for disqualification on the grounds specified in (a) above.N.H.
