Section Ch 302.09 - Notice of Decision on the Application for Licensure(a) The board shall issue its decision on the application within 120 days of the filing date or of the date that the board is in receipt of any additional information or documents requested pursuant to Ch 302.03(c).(b) The board shall notify the applicant of its decision in writing.N.H.
