Section Ch 302.03 - Application Processing Procedure(a) An application shall be effective on the date assigned by the board as the filing date.(b) The board shall assign as the filing date of an application the date that the board has received the materials specified in Ch 302.02.(c) If the board for the purpose of determining the applicant's qualification for licensure requires any information or documents additional to the materials submitted in compliance with Ch 302.02, it shall:(1) So notify the applicant in writing within 60 days of the filing date; and(2) Specify the information or documents which the applicant is required to submit.(d) The application shall be dismissed if the applicant does not submit the additional information and documents requested pursuant to paragraph (c) above within 60 days.(e) When the board has received the materials specified in Ch 302.02 and any additional information or documents requested pursuant to paragraph (c) above, the applicant shall be entitled, after paying the examination fee specified in Ch 306.01, to take the jurisprudence examination described in Ch 304.01(b).N.H.
