Section Ch 301.01 - Definitions(a) "Notify in writing" means: (1) Notify by written communication sent by mail to the mailing address furnished by the applicant; or(2) Notify by electronic means using the electronic address furnished by the applicant.(b) "National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE)" means a nonprofit organization which designs and administers an examination including written and practice components testing proficiency in chiropractic.(c) "National provider identifier" means a unique identification number for certain health care providers issued by the national Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services through the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System.N.H.
