Section Cdfa 302.59 - Special needs group

"Special needs group" means those persons who are part of any group that includes but is not limited to:

(a) Elderly;

(b) Physically handicapped;

(c) Persons with AIDS;

(d) Persons with terminal illnesses;

(e) Persons with mental illness; and

(f) Persons with development disabilities or persons with alcohol and\or drug abuse dependency which require special services and\or housing.
