A promoter shall register a competition with www.mixedmartialarts.com, the official MMA database for the Association of Boxing Commissions and determine whether the license of any fighter scheduled to participate has been suspended in New Hampshire or any other state. No fighter whose MMA license is suspended on the date of the proposed competition shall be allowed to participate.
