Section Box 206.27 - Hearing Record(a) The record of the hearing shall include:(1) Notices of the hearing;(2) The tape recording of the hearing;(3) All exhibits, motions, requests for findings and conclusions, and other written materials submitted by the parties;(4) Any other item(s) specified by RSA 541-A:31,VI, that are applicable in the proceeding; and(5) The transcript provided by a certified shorthand court reporter if the commission has provided one, pursuant to RSA 541-A:31, VII-a.(b) All testimony shall be recorded. The commission, upon request of a party, shall provide, at cost, a duplicate tape of the hearing or shall make arrangements to provide a transcript of the hearing as provided in RSA 541-A:31, VII and VII-a.N.H.
