Section Bfc 205.01 - Rulemaking Petition

(a) Petitions for rulemaking shall be in writing.

(b) The petitioner shall state the reason(s) for the proposed rule.

(c) The petitioner shall include his/her name, address and telephone number.

(d) Petitions shall be sent to the board at:
