Section Bfa 304.03 - Outline of ProcedureThe application for and issuance of a credit enhancement under any of the authority's programs shall be a four-step procedure which shall consist of the following elements:
(a) The submission of a complete application in accordance with PART Bfa 301;(b) The evaluation of an application with respect to the specific criteria under each program and the recommendation by the authority that the governor and council award a credit enhancement as specified in a resolution of the Board;(c) A public hearing before the governor and council and the making of certain findings by the governor and council pursuant to RSA 162-A:18; and(d) The execution and delivery of the credit enhancement documents and the effectiveness of the credit enhancement in accordance with the recommendation of the authority and the approval of the governor and council.N.H.
