Section Bfa 302.02 - Guarantee of Loans to Small Business Program(a) Applications for a credit enhancement under RSA 162-A:8 shall be made by the private financial institution.(b) Such applications shall provide the following:(1) A certification that the SBA has accepted the application for guarantee or loan as filed; and(2) A complete copy of the application submitted to the SBA, including any attachments that accompanied the application submitted to the SBA.(c) In the event the requested information cannot be provided, a detailed explanation of the reason why the requested information cannot be provided shall be included in said application.N.H.
