Upon receipt of applications, the executive director of the authority shall review each application to determine whether it has satisfied the requirements for a complete application. If additional information of an administrative nature is required, the executive director or other designated members of the staff of the authority shall request supplemental information within 60 days after receipt of the application. Such supplemental information shall be provided to the authority no later than 15 days after the date the authority deposited the request for supplemental information in the U.S. mail.
