Section Bea 403.02 - Review of BMGI Fund Requests(a) BEA shall provide one or more application periods. Application windows shall remain open for a pre-determined amount of time and notification of the application windows shall be made available to all entities noted in Bea 404.01. The commissioner and the broadband program manager shall review BMGI fund after the application window closes.(b) The commissioner and the broadband program manager shall review BMGI fund requests against applicable federal funding requirements.N.H.
