Section Bcr 215.01 - Scope(a) The rules in this part shall apply to all appeals to the state building code review board from a final decision of the electricians' board, established under RSA 319-C:4, or the board of home inspectors, established under RSA 310-A:186.(b) Notwithstanding Bcr 207.01, unless otherwise specifically stated in this part, the general procedures of the board's hearing process shall apply to appeals.N.H.
