Section Bcr 206.01 - Pleadings(a) The only pleadings permitted shall be petitions and replies to petitions.(b) A petitioner shall include the following on his or her petition:(1) The name and address of the petitioner;(2) The name and address of the petitioner's representative, if any;(3) A concise statement of the facts which warrant the relief requested from the board;(4) The description of the action which the petitioner wishes the board to take;(5) A citation to any statutes, rules, orders, or other authority which entitles the petitioner to the relief requested; and(6) The signature and date required by Bcr 205.02(a).N.H.
