Section Bar 701.04 - Prohibited Practices for a Mobile Barbershop(a) A mobile barbershop shall not be used as a residence during hours of operation.(b) Services shall not be provided while the mobile barbershop is in motion. (c) A mobile barbershop shall not operate unless a mobile barbershop license has been issued by the board. (d) Mobile barbershops shall not be driven unless they comply with department of safety rules for motor vehicle licensing. (e) Mobile barbershops shall not operate if the potable water tanks are empty. N.H. Admin. Code § Bar 701.04
