Section Bar 605.03 - Procedure for Approving or Denying a Renewal Form(a) The board, in accordance with Bar 605.02, shall approve or deny the renewal form.(b) If the renewal form is completed, in accordance with Bar 605.02, the renewal form shall be approved and a registration issued.(c) If the renewal form is not completed, in accordance with Bar 605.02, the board shall return it with all attachments and a letter. The letter shall be in accordance with Bar 301.02(d)(1) through (3).(d) If a registration expires the tanning facility shall not operate until the tanning facility reapplies in accordance with Bar 602.01, pays the fee, and obtains a registration from the board.N.H.
