Section Bar 501.01 - Obligation to Obey(a) Licensees shall obey the ethical conduct standards set forth in Bar 501.02.(b) Violations of any of the ethical conduct standards shall constitute unprofessional conduct resulting in disciplinary proceedings pursuant to RSA 313-A:22 (c), II.N.H.
