Section Bal 211.02 - Petition for RulemakingAny person may request the commission to commence a proceeding for the purpose of adopting, amending, or repealing a rule by filing a petition which contains:
(a) The text of the proposed rule or a statement of the particular results intended by the petitioner to flow from the implementation of the proposed rule;(b) If the petitioner proposes to amend or repeal an existing rule, an identification of the particular rule sought to be amended or repealed; and(c) Any data or argument the petitioner believes would be useful to the commission in deciding whether to commence a rulemaking proceeding.N.H.
