Section Auc 201.03 - Initiation of Disciplinary Proceedings by the Board

Upon receipt of a written complaint that any licensee has violated RSA 311-B or these rules, the board shall initiate disciplinary proceedings hereunder pursuant to RSA 311-B:11 and RSA 541-A.
