Section Asb 308.01 - Deceit-fraud, Bad Faith

A person who has practiced deceit-fraud as defined in Asb 301.20, bad faith as defined in Asb 301.09, shall be, as the maximum penalty determined by the commissioner, decertified for a time period up to 5 years plus corrective action.
