Section Asb 306.04 - Notice of Recertification(a) The DRA shall, by March 1, send a notice to all DRA-certified personnel whose certification will expire within that year.(b) A person notified in (a), above, by the DRA shall respond in writing no later than December 1 of that year, that he or she: (1) Requests to: a. Remain at the same level of certification; orb. Be recertified to a different level of certification; and(2) Submits documentation for the continuing education hours required in Asb 305.01.N.H.
