Section Arch 215.02 - Disposition of Petition(a) The board shall consider all petitions for rulemaking and proceed pursuant to RSA 541-A:4. The board shall request additional data or argument from the petitioner or other interested persons to clarify the merits of the petition.(b) The board shall grant the petition if the petition is consistent with statute and case law and will assist the board with the regulation of the profession.N.H.
