Section Arb 201.01 - Applicability

(a) These rules shall apply to consumers whose vehicle in dispute is:

(1) Under the original manufacturer's warranty; and

(2) Still in the legal possession of said consumer at the time of the filing of the Demand for Arbitration, form CPMVA-2, and throughout the arbitration process.
