Section App 212.04 - Evidence(a) Receipt of evidence shall be governed by the provisions of RSA 541-A:33.(b) All documents, materials and objects offered as exhibits shall be admitted into evidence unless excluded by the presiding officer as irrelevant, immaterial, unduly repetitious or legally privileged.(c) All objections to the admissibility of evidence shall be stated as early as possible in the hearing, but not later than the time when the evidence is offered.(d) Transcripts of testimony and documents or other materials, admitted into evidence shall be public records pursuant to RSA 91-A:5.N.H.
