Section Alc 303.04 - Criteria for Initial Reciprocity Based Licensure or Certification(a) Applicants for initial certification as a CRSW who are currently certified recovery support workers in another jurisdiction within the IC&RC shall be certified by the board upon completion of the application requirements in Alc 304.01 - Alc 305.(b) Applicants for initial certification as a CRSW who are certified recovery support workers in a jurisdiction outside the IC&RC shall be eligible for certification in New Hampshire, provided that: (1) The application requirements are equal to or more stringent than those outlined in this chapter; and(2) The applicant complies with the application requirements described in Alc 304.01 - 304.04.N.H.
