Section Alc 103.04 - Meetings and Quorum(a) The board shall meet no fewer than 6 times a year, and at such additional times as the board chair or a majority of the board shall designate.(b) The time and place of the meetings shall be noticed to the public in accordance with RSA 91-A:2, II.(c) Nonpublic sessions of a board meeting shall be governed by RSA 91-A:3.(d) A quorum shall be 4 members.N.H.
