Section Agr 703.03 - Options for Comment by the Municipality to the Committee(a) Within 60 days of the receipt of an application in accordance with Agr 703.01, the governing body of the municipality shall be notified by the committee and invited to submit comments, including the following: (1) Whether or not the application is recommended by the municipality and the extent to which the municipality desires to participate financially in the purchase of the agricultural land development rights;(2) Whether the municipality believes that the application is compatible with the following: c. Planned public works; andd. Applicable local ordinances; and(b) A recommendation by a governing body that the committee not purchase the development rights or the failure of a governing body to supply the information as outlined in this section shall not prohibit the committee's consideration of said application.N.H.
