Section Agr 4001.01 - Purpose of the Capital Improvement Program for State Fairs(a) The purpose of the Capital Improvement Program Grant Fund is to assist fairs with capital projects that make health and safety improvements to agricultural fairgrounds or fair facilities in order to benefit participants and the fair-going public.(b) The intent is to advance, encourage, and protect agricultural fairs and exhibitions in New Hampshire.N.H.
