Section Agr 2119.02 - Brucellosis(a) All yaks entering the state of New Hampshire shall have individual permanent official identification.(b) Yaks shall also: (1) Be from a brucellosis class free herd;(2) Be over 6 months of age, have been tested negative for brucellosis within 30 days of shipment and be from a herd tested free of brucellosis within the last year; or(3) If under 6 months of age, have individual permanent official identification.N.H.
