Section Agr 2118.03 - Tuberculosis

(a) All buffalo entering the state of New Hampshire shall:

(1) Be from a tuberculosis accredited-free herd;

(2) If 6 months of age or older, have been tested negative for tuberculosis within 60 days of shipment; or

(3) If under 6 months of age, be identified with either a metal eartag, legible tattoo or microchip, as progeny of a tuberculosis tested dam.
