Section Agr 2118.01 - Permit and CVI Required(a) To bring ratites into the state of New Hampshire an official CVI shall be required and shall be issued prior to shipment by an accredited veterinarian of the state of origin.(b) The permit shall be obtained prior to shipment and the permit number shall appear on the CVI.(c) The CVI shall certify that:(1) Ratites have been tested negative to avian influenza within 10 days of shipment; and(2) They have been permanently officially identified.N.H.
