Section Agr 206.03 - Action on Petition

(a) The department shall issue a declaratory ruling, in writing, within 30 days of receipt of a petition.

(b) A copy of each declaratory ruling shall be:

(1) Filed with the director of legislative services;

(2) Sent to the petitioner by first class mail; and

(3) Filed with the department.
