Section Agr 205.07 - Media Access(a) Public comment hearings shall be open to print and electronic media, subject to the following limitations when such limitations are necessary to allow a hearing to go forward: (1) Limitation of the number of media representative when their number together with the number of members of the public present exceeds the capacity of the hearing room;(2) Limitation on the placement of cameras to specific locations within the hearing room; or(3) Prohibition of interviews conducted within the hearing room before or during the hearing.N.H.
