Section Agr 1404.08 - Duration of Certificates of Registration; Proration of Fees for Initial Certificates of Registration; Duration of Renewed Certificates of Registration and Fees for Renewal of Certificates of Registration(a) The duration of an initial certificate of registration issued to an individual not working for a business employing other registered service technicians shall be calculated as follows: (1) The beginning date shall be the first of the following dates after the applicant submits his or her application, passes the examination or successfully completes the seminar, as applicable: (2) The ending date shall be the one-year anniversary of the beginning date.(b) The duration of an initial certificate of registration issued to an individual working for a business employing other registered service technicians shall begin and end on dates previously established for the business by the division.(c) Initial certificates of registration shall be issued for a period of not fewer than 3 months and not more than 15 months.(d) The fee specified by Agr 1410.05(a) for an initial certificate of registration shall be affected by the actual duration of the certificate as follows:(1) Reduced by 1/12 for each month that the duration of the certificate is short of 12 months; and(2) Increased by 1/12 for each month that the duration of the certificate exceeds 12 months.(e) Renewed certificates of registration as a service technician shall have a duration of 12 months.(f) The fee for renewal of a certificate of registration shall be as specified in Agr 1410.05(b).N.H.
