Section Agr 1402.13 - Obligation to Notify the Commissioner of Changes(a) Public weighmasters who are self-employed and change the name of their businesses, or are employees of businesses that change their business names, shall notify the commissioner in writing of such changes within 10 days of the effective date.(b) Public weighmasters who change their residential or mailing addresses shall notify the commissioner in writing of such changes within 10 days of the change.N.H.
