Section Agr 1106.01 - Inspection Fee(a) Under RSA 431:6 each person distributing commercial fertilizer shall pay an inspection fee of 20 cents per ton of fertilizer sold in New Hampshire, with a minimum fee of $5.(b) Such fee shall be payable at the time of filing the semi-annual tonnage report as specified in RSA 431:6.N.H.
