Section Agr 1104.01 - Names of Commercial Fertilizers(a) Except as the commissioner designates otherwise in specific cases under these rules, or by statute, the names and definitions for commercial fertilizers shall be those adopted by the Association of American Plant Food Control Officials (AAPFCO), and published in the AAPFCO Official Publication, Edition No. 65, available as specified in Appendix II.N.H.
