Section Adm 607.08 - Changes to Quantity or Scope in Purchase Orders, Requisitions, and Proposed Contracts(a) The quantity of items or scope of services contained or incorporated in any purchase order, proposed contract, or requisition produced by the division shall not be altered by the agency without prior approval of the division.(b) An agency may request changes to the items specified in (a) above by submitting a written request to the division.(c) The division shall deny changes under (a) above if granting the changes would:(1) Alter the purchase by a value of 50% or more of the original value of the purchase order or contract; or(2) Would violate the competitive bidding requirements of RSA 21-I.N.H.
