Section Adm 606.08 - Commodities or Services Provided Prior to Specified Date or Without Prior Requisition(a) Goods provided or services undertaken by a vendor prior to the date specified for performance of any contract or purchase order shall be at the vendor's sole risk and, in the event that the contract or purchase order does not become effective, the state shall not reimburse the vendor for such goods or services.(b) Except as specified in Adm 607.07 (c), agency requisitions for commodities or services that have already been supplied shall not be approved.N.H.
