Section Adm 606.02 - Final Offer Negotiations(a) If, following the selection or recommendation of a prospective vendor in response to an RFB, RFP, or RFQ, it does not appear that the price offered for the commodity or service is equal to or less than the current market price for the commodity or service, the division shall contact the bidder and negotiate for the bidder's lowest final price.(b) If, prior to or after selecting a vendor by means of a process other than competitive bidding, it does not appear that the price offered for the commodity or service is equal to or less than the current price for the commodity or service, the division shall contact the vendor or prospective vendor and negotiate for the vendor's lowest final price.N.H.
