Section Adm 604.10 - Agreements Relative to Multi-Agency Services Originating with Requests for Proposals In the case of service contracts involving services to more than one agency that originated with a request for proposal:
(a) The division shall recommend to the commissioner a vendor according to the procedures set forth in Adm 606; and(b) In the event that a bidder submitting a service contract proposal under Adm 604.09 is selected to provide services, the bidder shall execute such standard contract terms as designated by the department of justice.N.H.
