Section Adm 217.01 - Settlements(a) Any party to an adjudicative proceeding shall have the opportunity to attempt to reach a resolution of the dispute with the department by agreement.(b) An agreement resolving some or all of the issues comprising the dispute shall become effective when its terms have been reduced to a writing signed by the parties to the agreement.(c) The signing of a document setting forth the terms of an agreement resolving some or all of the issues comprising a dispute shall constitute a waiver of the right to a hearing of the issues resolved by the agreement.(d) The party initiating the hearing or his or her representative shall advise the presiding officer of the existence of the settlement immediately upon resolution.(e) After being informed of a settlement, the presiding officer shall issue such orders as are necessary to document the resolution of the case.N.H.
