Section Adm 207.04 - Recording the Hearing(a) Unless another procedure is required by law, the presiding officer shall record the hearing electronically or by any other method that will provide a verbatim record.(b) If any person requests a transcript of the recording of a hearing, the department shall: (1) Cause a transcript to be prepared, provided that, in accordance with RSA 541-A: 31, VII, the person making the request pays or agrees to pay all reasonable costs for the making of the transcription; and(2) Following receipt of payment for the cost of making the transcription, provide a copy of the transcript to the person making the request.N.H.
