Section Adm 1005.05 - Investigations by the Office of Cost Containment(a) The office of cost containment shall investigate the financial circumstances of a defendant when:(1) Authorized to do so by order of the court; and(2) Necessary to confirm or disconfirm information provided by the defendant on an initial or updated financial statement.(b) State agencies, including but not limited to the department of employment security and the department of corrections, shall assist the office of cost containment in its investigation when requested and permitted by law to do so.(c) Private entities, including but not limited to a defendant's bank, employer and creditor, shall assist the office of cost containment in its investigation when requested and permitted by law to do so.N.H.
