Section Acp 705.07 - Prohibited Acts(a) Trainers and training programs shall not engage in any behavior that gives rise to conflicts of interest or gives the appearance of impropriety, including but not limited to: (1) Recommending a completion certificate for an individual who did not complete the training;(2) Conducting an inferior or substandard training;(3) Misrepresenting the nature of the training to the recipient of the training, or to others; or(4) Failing to fulfill obligations or agreements to trainees, agencies, or others.(b) Board approval of training shall be subject to revocation, upon 45 days' notice to the training provider, if any approved training program is found to be in violation of the requirements of Acp 705.N.H.
