Section Acp 203.01 - Failure to Comply With Rules

Failure to comply with the rules of this chapter shall result in:

(a) Refusal of a noncompliant document for filing;

(b) Denial or conditional denial of a noncompliant application, petition, or motion; or

(c) Issuance of an order adverse to a noncompliant person.
