Section Ac 401.02 - General Requirements for Renewal Documentation All forms and other documents submitted to the board as part of an application for renewal shall:
(a) Be written in English unless the original document is in another language, in which case a copy of the document in its original language shall be accompanied by a translation that has been attested to by the person who translated the document as being accurate and complete; and(b) Except for signatures and dates of signatures, not be handwritten. The board shall accept forms and other documents that have been produced through the use of a computer, typewriter, or some other process that produces similarly legible and uniform text.N.H. Admin.
