An applicant for a certificate to practice as a CPA in New Hampshire, who has met satisfactorily all the requirements for licensure of RSA 309-B and who has paid all of the fees, shall be issued a license by the board. The licensee shall be issued a license authorizing the practice of accounting that shall show the name of the licensee, shall have a license number, and shall be sealed and signed by members of the board.
