Section Ac 303.06 - IQEX Subjects

The IQEX shall test each applicant examinee's knowledge in the following subjects:

(a) Ethics and professional and legal responsibilities;

(b) Business law;

(c) Federal tax procedures and accounting issues;

(d) Federal taxation of property transactions;

(e) Federal taxation of individuals;

(f) Federal taxation of entities;

(g) Business structures;

(h) Accounting and reporting for governmental entities and for nongovernmental not-for-profit organizations; and

(i) Recent regulatory issues.
